How it works

THE BIG IDEA

Tracking Success was filmed deep in Southern Africa’s Greater Kruger National Park.

It documents the daily activities of an expert Wildlife Tracking Team, tasked with preserving Africa’s most precious wildlife.

We have assembled the most exciting and memorable moments and combined these into a single story.

Now we invite you to become part of our story. To become a tracker.

You make the decisions … and you experience the outcome of your decisions as well.

Tracking Success blends adventure, experiential learning, and powerful content to deliver an immersive and unforgettable learning experience.

If you’re looking for something new in 2021, and you want to impact, this is definitely for you.

Why Tracking as a Metaphor?

Hunting and gathering was humanity’s first and most successful strategy.

Tracking and finding wildlife was key to this strategy. Over many thousands of years, the Tracker Mindset has been refined and passed down through the generations.

While we no longer track wild animals on a daily basis but we do track what is important to us.

Personally, this may be our health, wealth, and happiness. In our organisations we track customers, growth, profit, sales, expenses.

Knowing what to track, who to track with and how to get back on track represent the most important decisions of our lives.

The Making Of

Renias and I teamed up with Ian Schubach (Red Leaf Group) and Grant Ashfield (Leadership Works) to film the process of wildlife tracking in real time in the bushveld. Over a period of a month we tracked lion, leopard and rhino in a vast and remote wilderness area in the greater Kruger National Park. The footage has been turned into a unique interactive documentary that demonstrates how the mindset of a tracker and the decision-making process can be helpful to business and specifically sales teams.
